"I love Loews hotels, and this one did not disappoint! Arrived on Lundi Gras and stayed for 6 nights. Room was large and clean. And smelled great the whole trip! I love Loews scent and even bought room spray based off it. The whole hotel had this pleasant scent. There’s a small area near check that you can but a bottled drink or snack. The restaurant was very good as well. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We did do room service one breakfast and it was also very good! Location is the best-seems everything is within a few blocks. Will definitely stay here again!"

"I will leave 5 stars with an asterisk. We checked in and they gave us room 252 which landed JUST above the lobby/automatic door leading to the other building. You will hear that door open and close 24 hours a day. Also, that particular side is quite loud with everyone checking in, hanging out by the courtyard, etc. Do yourself a favor and ask for a room that is on a higher floor and far away from that part of the building. Once we moved, the stay was much more pleasant. The bed was even softer in the new room. The toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle but otherwise, it was a great stay! Oh, also... the staff was SUPER friendly. Every single one. Thank you!!"
