“This property is a gem for sure. The suite was a good size with separate living, bathroom and bedroom areas. Very nice stay and comfortable bed! There is no on site staff, they text you the room code. That was nice too.”

“Water pressure in sink was abysmal, parking if not valet subjects you to park at a parking garage down the street only in the 3rd or 4th floor which at night feels sketchy. Room has fridge chock full of drinks both alcoholic and non but watch the price lol…lastly a small trash can by the toilet is all the room offers for waste so be mindful of to go food oh, and no microwave in the room. ”

“Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Location is great for Texas Tech visits as well as easy access for traveling around Lubbock. Property is a bit dated but our towels were fluffy fresh. We stayed at the Overton during spring graduation so room pricing was quite inflated. Would stay there again if visiting Lubbock. ”

“The hotel is very tired. Our bathroom had a leak around the commode. The tub looked terrible. Had an excellent breakfast and very nice and accommodating staff. We have stayed at other Elegante properties and this was the worst. For what we paid. We could not recommend this property.”

“I just left this Hotel, I cannot stay there after my long driving. The room is much different and awful than the pictures those display in Expedia App, also including some smelling, a kind of moldy air.”

“Parking lot is lit up like a Friday night lights which is good because the parking lot had some sketchy folks. The hotel did not have drinking water because the vending machine was empty. The shower has no door or curtain so water accumulated on the floor. ”

“This appears to be a newer property and overall I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The hotel felt fresh and updated, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything in the room was in good working order, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.”
