"The hotel is very nice; however, we were disappointed that the room was very dusty and windows so dirty you couldn’t see out!"

"Water pressure in sink was abysmal, parking if not valet subjects you to park at a parking garage down the street only in the 3rd or 4th floor which at night feels sketchy. Room has fridge chock full of drinks both alcoholic and non but watch the price lol…lastly a small trash can by the toilet is all the room offers for waste so be mindful of to go food oh, and no microwave in the room. "

"There is very little parking for guests on the left side of the building (west side). We had the Chancellor’s suite (room 310). It was gorgeous and very spacious. It had a small kitchen and living area, spacious bedroom with two beds, and a large bathroom. They have coffee maker, coffee pods (and coffee accoutrements), and water. In the bathroom they had a toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash. They also had a shaving kit along with your normal hygiene items like shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower gel, and lotion. That was a nice touch!"

"As soon as we walked in the room smelled horrible, you could tell the floor wasn’t vacuumed, there was a bunch of trash on the floor. We didn’t even bother speaking to the manager as we figured all the other rooms would be the same. We didn’t even bother staying and ended up staying somewhere else. Nothing like the pics on the website."
