LARGE comfortable KING beds in every bedroom and TVs. Central AC, washer and dryer, coffee and basic cooking amenities.

❁ ONLY EXACT COUNT OF GUESTS BEING BOOKED can stay. Non-compliance means IMMEDIATE EVICTION. So please ensure that the number of guests in the booking matches with the number of guests staying. You can always add more guests to the reservation, and we will approve.
❁ For GRILL to keep the cost low to every guest, we expect the guest to clean-up after themselves as every guests usage is different.
❁ REVIEW and FOLLOW all check-out information sent in the welcome message.
❁ NO taking away towels, utensils, beddings, comforters nor supplies. Please use what you need and leave the rest behind. We strive hard for every guest to have a great stay, when things go missing it takes time and effort to replenish and replace.
❁ Minor accidents happen and we understand that, so let us know, but failure to report could result in damage charges.
❁ Cars allowed: 1 car every 3 person - Please let us know if more.
