  • This unit (2bd/2bath, 5 guests, 3 beds) is on the Second floor with beautiful ocean view. Located just steps away from the Carlsbad State Beach. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset views from your room. Just minutes away from most things such as restaurant, Bar, cafe shop, convenience store etc.
    If there is anything you'd like to have while you're here, don't hesitate to request is in advance! We try to be as accommodating as possible.

Quick Trip in for a wedding

My family and I were in town for a wedding with my infant daughter - everything was great and perfect for a short getaway - location is walkable to downtown and the beach, so really perfect.

Location…

This is the our second stay at this property. We love the location it fits our family of 5 perfectly. You can’t beat the location. It’s out of the business of the main part of town but within walking distance of it. You can’t beat it being right across from the beach also. Will stay again.

If you don’t like being 150 steps from the beach this isn’t for you. Otherwise this place is perfect. Clean, easy to get to and beautiful views. Located near everything you need. We will be back

Great spot, close to beach, all that was missing would be a view, which unfortunately this unit does not have. No issues at all. Checkin was easy.

Excellent Choice!

Couldn't have chose a better place to stay for a short weekend get-away. Walking distance to everything. We were able to pull our wagon loaded up for a day at the beach, using the ramp to beach. We camped out on the beach near the stairs that go straight up to the condo just in case we needed to use our private restroom or refill waters. Perfect location for our young family!

Carlsbad gem

This property was just as described. It was clean and nicely decorated. Literally steps from the beach. Maybe the bed need replacing but not the worst I've slept in. Pretty quiet neighborhood when we were there and we walked to everything. Great time.

Recommended stay

Took our daughter and best friend. Perfect 2 room 2 bath apartment style place. Beach is across the street, eating and shopping is half a mile walk away. Easy access to the highways. We went to the Safari Park and Children’s pool with no issues. Place was clean and exactly as advertised. Jason was very responsive to any emails I sent. I will recommend to any friends visiting the area

Good times for all

Loved the location and convenience of the property. The stairs were steep for me since I have a bad hip but I managed. It was hard to tell in the picture. We were missing a few items like the coffee and the Welcome package but overall we had a great time and I would return again!
