The room was comfortable and the convenience of shopping and dining does not disappoint! Only thing was the room I was in, some of the power outlets didn’t work.

It was difficult when to checking in and had to wait for 4 hours for my room because something was wring with the reservation but overall it was clean, and family friendly.

Avoid staying here it smelled as soon as we walked in the room and we had COCKROACHES! When we arrived we saw the cleaning ladies they even had cockroach spray in their cart I’m sure owner is aware of the cockroaches in this hotel.

The check in guy was a gummy gill. And they will only give you one vehicle pass. We have two cars and had to deal with this. Room was clean. Basics.

The staff was attentive and very responsive to our requests. When we arrived in the room it appeared to be a fairly clean room, but it did feel muggy and smelled musky;didn’t have that fresh comfortable feel to it. We had a non-smoking room but smoke smell seemed to seep through the walls. It’s definitely not a place you desire to hang out to relax and lounge in for more than a night, maybe two. It’s basically a place to sleep on a budget.

Room was not available . Offerd me an extera room with high price instead of two double bed room, two single bed rooms . I was woth my kids and they did not lkke to sleep separate . Return key cards and left hotel. They still charged my two rooms for two nights.

This was such a great stay !! Close to lots of eating establishments and close walking distance to Legoland .. was uphill walking but downhill back !! Saved $35 parking

Smooth check-in process & staff was very friendly. I appreciate the fact that this hotel isn't very far from Camp Pendleton and was close to beaches and shopping outlets. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was free coffee in the lobby which was nice! I will definitely be back in the future when I am in the area.

I like how close it is to the Ocean. The cooler weather because of its close to Pacific Ocean. There seems to be ann expensive mode unlike Motel 6 prices of the past times. That's bad, and insects are in many rooms and the bugs Annoy me when I am trying to sleep. Come See!
