Amazing views!

This place is always a winner. Well stocked, clean, modern, and comfy, with fabulous ocean views. Location on the lagoon is quieter than Carlsbad Blvd, and although the walk to the beach is a bit longer, it's still within walking distance and worth it to enjoy the less busy neighborhood.

Stunning View Lovely Condo

Situated so you have a view of the ocean and the lagoon, the condo was spotless, well appointed and just lovely. Everything worked, the kitchen equipment was in wonderful condition, the linens were soft and the automatic blinds were wonderful. We’d stay here again.

5 Star Apartment with Unbeatable Ocean View

My husband and I have stayed at many VRBOs and this was by far the nicest. The beds are very comfortable; the kitchen is spacious and well equipped; the bathrooms both have two sinks and excellent water pressure. But what stands out above all is the excellent uninterrupted view of the coast and the ocean. We would definitely book this apartment again.

We have rented at least ten different homes,condos and hotel rooms in the SD area over the past 6 years and rate this as our favorite. It was our first stay in Carlsbad but not our last.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. This home is just perfect. The communication with Kelley was fantastic and the property exceeded our expectations. The views are gorgeous and the home has EVERYTHING you would need for an amazing stay. This will definitely be a property in Carlsbad we will return to.

Amazing location.

The property was just as described- clean, newly renovated and very well maintained. The location is wonderful...we enjoyed the views of the ocean from the deck and living room. Spent hours walking along the beach and enjoying the warm weather. Thanks Kelley for the bottle of wine that we enjoyed on the deck!

Fabulous!

This condo is beautiful. The location is stunning, it's an easy walk to the beach and a bit further into town. Lot's of parking. The deck and view are fabulous. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. We would definitely return.

Favorite vacation rental

I really think this is our favorite vacation rental! The ocean views are stunning but you are on a quiet road, not the highway. Five minutes from the beach and an easy walk to Carlsbad Village for a donut from The Goods or whatever other shopping/dining you'd like to do! The unit itself is super comfortable and spotless with a well-equipped kitchen, so we could eat in or out. We definitely plan to return!

Fantastic Location and Home

This home has it all. Fantastic view. Great appointments. Minutes to the beach with great ocean views from the whole front of the hose. We never felt like we had to go anywhere. We highly recommend this rental and will visit it again!

Amazing View and Amenities!

We had a fantastic week in this amazing Condo in Carlsbad. Very convenient to walk to town, beach, grocery store. Everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves was provided by the owners. I recommend this place to anyone who loves sunsets, ocean breezes, and time to read your favorite books! We'll be back!

Exceptional vacation property

This is the second year we have rented this property, obviously we love it! The views are spectacular with that wall of windows, we love watching the waves and the surfers and the beautiful sunsets. The beach is a couple of blocks away and we enjoy walking along the waterfront to Carlsbad Village for shopping and restaurants. The property itself is beautifully maintained and the kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped. Very hard to beat if you're looking for something similar in the Carlsbad area!

Beyond memorable

Amazing Views and Accommodations

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we landed in sunny California. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped and the views of the ocean and lagoon were mesmerizing. The location is perfect and exploring the beach each day and Carlsbad was very enjoyable. We spent our mornings watching the surfers and spotting dolphins with a cup of coffee. The evening sunsets were also a treat with a glass of wine on the patio. The beach cruisers, chairs and towels were a nice added touch. We will definitely return.

Nice home but Horrible Mattresses

Nice home but the mattresses are horribly soft. If you want a sore back from sinking to China, stay here. They need to invest in firm mattresses. Truly, the mattresses are just a big soft sponge with zero firmness. I exercise and work out 5 days per week, so I am NOT in poor health but sleeping on these mattresses is unbearable.
