“Saundra is an amazing hostess. She was very helpful with telling us about the property and all the sights. The condo itself is beautiful and has all the amenities you could desire. The beach is just minutes away from your doorstep and the view from the condo is breathtaking. Would love to come back soon!”

“This place was perfect for a family vacation to Legoland and the beach. We arrived and the kids were immediately occupied by all of the toys in the play room leaving the adults the ability to unpack and get settled in without and interruptions. The house was stocked with everything you need for a day down at the beach, we really appreciated the chairs and big wheeled beach wagons to carry our stuff and the kids loved the plentiful beach toys.”

“Our family of four stayed at this lovely beach house over spring break. You can’t beat the location, just a short walk from the beach and not far from Carlsbad Village, grocery stores and restaurants. The home was very comfortable, clean and had a fabulous outdoor space. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and we took advantage of the outdoor gas grill as well. It was a bit cool and rainy the week we were there, so the indoor gas fireplace was a nice amenity. Pam was a gracious……

“My family loved our stay at this property. The kitchen and rooms were very spacious. It was an easy walk into Carlsbad Village. And we loved talking walks by the lagoon. It was easy to contact the host and the long term renters behind the property were very friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay, being right across the street from the beach was very nice. My son was thrilled there was a boogie board and a wetsuit to use. Close to walk downtown to shops and restaurants. The only hiccup was the listing says 3 bedrooms, which technically it is but the 3rd bedroom is not a separate room like you would expect. The hosts responded quickly to my inquiries. Overall, my family and I will stay here again. We loved our trip!!”

“Our stay was in the middle of a "Pineapple Express" which was cold and rainy all week. However, the house was very clean and very comfortable for 3 retired couples reuniting for the week.”

“Great location, homey unit. Could use upgrades on toilets, child height, and primary bath/shower, hard to get into. Additions could include a cutting board in the kitchen and adult size hangers in all the closets. Stairs could be a safety hazard for some.”

“We stayed at this lovely home for our Legoland family trip and it was very close to the park among many other restaurants etc. The house was clean, my kids loved playing in the backyard that was secure that I felt comfortable letting my kids roam around with minimal supervision. They had a lot of toys and kids utensils as well. The beds were comfy, but the bedding had me a bit warm but I just slept with the sheet and was comfortable. “We completely enjoyed our stay here in Carlsbad! This home is truly a jewel and has everything we needed for our 6 week-stay. The location was so convenient to shopping, walking trails and amazing restaurants and the beach was withiin a 10 minute drive. The backyard is a perfect place to relax, soak up the sun and socialize with family and friends. John and Sharon are wonderful hosts and pro-active without being invasive! We hope to stay here again for future visits to North County San Diego!”
