「The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. 」

「The room was super clean,convenient. Had everything needed super close to the lake. Seeing in person was even than online. The staff was super friendly and helpful grocery store literally four minute walk away lovely places to eat. Must try the Italian across the street hot tub fire pit private beach. I can’t say enough about this place. We’ll definitely come back A+++++」

「The one bedroom unit we had is fairly spacious for two with a balcony. The decor is rustic with good taste and quality furnishings. It truly is ski-in-ski-out with Red Dog lift right next to the property. Even though Red Dog — and the entire KT peak — was closed and the lower mountain runs were unskiable due to the unseasonable heat wave while we were there in mid March 2026, the base to base gondola and funitel tram are within walking distance. Overall a great place to stay for skiing, if only...
