"Title: Misleading photos – don’t expect the “Design” experience Rating: 3/5 We booked this B&B last minute after messing up our previous accommodation. My biggest issue is how misleading the photos on booking sites are. Most of them show a beautiful breakfast room with a stunning harbor view. That space is lovely, but it’s not where you sleep. Our room faced the back of the building. The view? Bird poop. Everywhere. The room itself was plain and basically unadorned – nothing “Design” about it. On the plus side, it was clean. But that’s the bare minimum. We ended up leaving before breakfast, so we never even got to use that pretty room we saw in the photos. That’s on us for timing, but it still stings knowing the best part of the property wasn’t part of our actual stay. If you book here, go in with very low expectations for the room. You might get lucky with a better view, but don’t count on it. The listing feels like it’s selling the breakfast terrace first and the accommodation second. For a last-minute one-night stop, it was fine – clean and functional. But if you’re looking for charm, design, or a nice view from your bed, look elsewhere."
