"Excellent hotel. Stayed for one night and the rooms were clean and good size. Bathrooms were a good size as well and had the essentials. Staff was excellent, we had an issue with our safe not working and they came up right away to deal with it and fixed the issue. They were very warm and welcoming and even helped with our luggage. Breakfast had a very good selection and everything was fresh. Easy walk into town, things were close by. Would stay again."

"Masseria Santo Scalone was absolutely beautiful. The grounds are stunning and every corner of the property feels so thoughtfully designed and aesthetically beautiful. The food was incredible as well — everything we had was fresh and delicious, and the entire experience felt so special. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Puglia, and I’m already thinking about when I can come back. Truly such a beautiful stay and one I would absolutely recommend!"

"Masseria Salinola was everything we hoped a stay at a family-run masseria in Puglia would be: charming, intimate and incredibly welcoming. With only 12 rooms, there was a wonderful sense of connection here that we didn’t experience at larger hotels. We found ourselves chatting with other guests throughout our stay, which made it feel less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed into a small community. If you stay here, you absolutely must have dinner at the masseria at least once. Dinner is served by candlelight under the trees on the patio, with fire pits glowing nearby, and the entire setting is simply stunning. It was one of those experiences where the atmosphere becomes as memorable as the meal itself. The family-run nature of Masseria Salinola gives it a warmth and personality that is difficult to manufacture. It was charming, beautiful and genuinely special, and exactly the kind of experience we were hoping to find in Puglia. We would absolutely recommend it."

"Lovely and very unique place to stay .. room was lovely with sauna and pool but it was not clear when we could use upstairs spa pool so did not make use of that . I would say be careful if you have any mobility issues here as can be slippy , not an issue we had but just to warn people. Small fridge provided in room . Great location for people who like to walk to the town and stay somewhere a bit different. Breakfast was very disappointing so I would personally give that a miss if staying again and also when we asked for a taxi upon leaving we had someone who turned up that was not a formal taxi and a friend I believe, As no formal receipt could be given. Also they charged us for sitting for a drink even though we were guests which I thought was strange ?"
