“We had a most memorable stay here! All of our rooms were oceanview with their own bathrooms which was great for our group of 10. It was extremely clean and stocked with a nice assortment of items so that we didn’t have to shop right away. And our hosts prepared a delicious traditional menu on our last night. We enjoyed it on the patio as the moon was setting. And we had leftovers for the next day. How wonderful is that? If in Pescara, this property is worth a stay!”

“This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! ”

La posizione in collina permette di godere di un clima più fresco, garantendo comunque un facile accesso alla spiaggia libera appena più sotto. Nei dintorni si trovano sia paesi nell'entroterra che meritano una visita, sia spiagge incontaminate come Punta Aderci.Gaia e Gianluca sono stati sempre disponibili sia per consigli su ristoranti, sia per prontamente risolvere un piccolo problema……

“The pictures, description and reviews don’t do it full justice. The house is full of clever well thought out details. It’s lovely, with a sun trap outdoor eating area and pool, a jacuzzi, plus it’s only a 15 minute walk into the town. ”

“This property was a delight to stay in: spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, and charming. The A/C works like a charm, and the kitchen is set up well so you can cook if you like. The front yard (main property photo) is a delightful place to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool, but it is clean and easily accessible. It's OK to smoke outside. Giovanni is an excellent host who speaks some English, so no worry about communications. The location is outside……

“We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous villa. Stunning views to both snow capped mountains and the sea. Proximity to the mountains meant we could show my 9 year old Australian nephew snow for the first time, and spend the following day on the beach. A very moving visit the Sangro River War Graves, where we took my Dad to visit his uncles grave for the first time. Beautiful, peaceful place which is just wonderfully kept. Would absolutely stay again, I expect it’s even better in high season when……

“Bellissimo appartamento in posizione strategica per vedere il sud dell'Abruzzo ed il Molise. È dotato di tutti i confort compresa l'aria condizionata. La cucina è molto spaziosa e provvista di tutto quello che può servire per sentirsi "a casa". Le camere sono ampie e ben ventilate. Il bagno ha la doccia e la vasca. Il terrazzo ha una bellissima vista su ulivi e vigneti e permette di cenare comodamente gustandosi tramonti mozzafiato. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, cordiali e sempre……
