Cute place within walking distance to everything!

Great little place within walking distance to town, great restaurants and shops, beach, salt marsh with walking paths, park, etc. Was clean and comfortable. In a nice area in which I felt very comfortable going for morning walks by myself. We loved Carpinteria! It was our first time visiting this town and it definitely has a relaxing beach town vibe! Would definitely recommend The Soul of Carp to others!

Great stay with location location location!

The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. The location is outstanding, just steps from the beach. A picture of the apartment building would have been helpful in the decision-making process. You have to know that you will be able to hear your neighbors, which is to be expected in apartment or hotel style stay. Our experience was overall very nice and we would stay there again! 😊

Loved the Closets!

This updated beach condo is very cute! I especially loved the bedroom closets that had both hanging rods and shelving units in them. The unit is about two blocks from the beach, but it's the section of the beach that has a public restroom, water toy rentals and the beach access mat, so that was awesome. The beds are super comfy and overall, the unit was very clean.

Nice spot

It was a nicely refurbished small apartment. Almost everything was great. The beds were very comfy and though we didn’t go to the beach, it’s really so close. My only issue was that there was sand in between the sheets when I climbed in to sleep. Maybe when the cleaners made the bed, somehow sand got in. Also there was a lot of dust on the lamps in the living room. But really nice otherwise.

Dirty, unkept, no wifi and in the ghetto

Very disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and cleaning. Animal hair all over the furniture and carpet, dusty fans and tabletops, unswept floor, Unwashed and stained linens, and broken shower door. I would not recommend this place or any other by the property management company. Internet was down for an entire 14hours or more and since had poor cell service in the area, evenassistance was
