The main level features a combined living and dining area with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning for your comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction and gas cooktops, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) and air conditioning, along with access to a terrace, and another room with two beds (90 cm wide and 190 cm long), also with air conditioning. The property has a bathroom and a separate toilet.
