“Wonderful property! It was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and we had a wonderful bike ride around town on the provided bikes. Thank you for a great stay!”

“The home was immaculately clean. Very comfortable, homey and cozy. The only thing I didn’t love was it was a little loud (road noise and a dog somewhere close barking a lot). I was able to fall asleep easily though, so it wasn’t a huge deal for me. I will definitely rent again. ”

“The cottage was just as listed. It was conveniently located close to CSU campus, Old Town and plenty of restaurants. We had all the amenities we needed to be comfy and sleep well! Lynn is a great Host and easy to communicate with. I stayed with my mom and gave her the downstairs bedroom. I slept in the loft, and was careful going up and down the spiral stairs, though they were adorable and a practical use of the space, they're not for anyone unsteady on their feet. Overall, highly recommend……

“A great stay in a great location in Fort Collins! The studio is exactly as described and served as a great home base while we visited for the weekend. The perfect size if you're looking to get out and about in Fort Collins - would advise something larger if you plan to spend a lot of time indoors during your stay. S/O to the owners for their prompt responses and for allowing us to check in early!”
