My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in Carrabelle, the Villa we stayed in as well the grounds in general were clean and very well kept up. The most memorable thing of the trip would be the staff, the restaurant manager and the server during the days we were there made us feel like we have known them for years.

Cute restaurant at the golf club…not traditional hotel…they email you code to your door for access to your room at check in….plenty of parking Small pool bear condos- water was super hot but nice to have… Condo itself was spacious and clean! Well furnished and comfy beds

Beth went above and beyond with the check-in process, as we were arriving late in the evening after an FSU game. The villa was clean and extremely comfortable, and we will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future. Might even bring my golf clubs and stay an extra night next time!

Golf Getaway

This place was awesome! We stayed in one of the new villas. It was perfect! The restaurant had great food at very reasonable prices. Great golf course also. Krista was GREAT !!

So clean!!!! Washer and dryer a big plus. And loved the pump hand soap in the bathroom and specific wash cloth for make-up!

Perfect for a storm getaway

The place was beautiful and clean. I was running from the hurricane and snagged a nice villa for a low price. I recommend it 100%.

Spacious condo. There was storm damage on walkway and balcony. Framing for support was up. It did dampen the view. Staff was excellent.

WWe stayed in a new villa. Would be nice to have a king size bed and a larger tv. Also, a fridge with freezer would be nice.

I’m thankful that they offer pet friendly accommodations in the villas. We found the villas to be clean and comfortable. I would suggest the resort manager that they be more specific in listing which villas have stove which ones have just a microwave. As well as what kind of coffee maker the villas have. This info would be beneficial to extended stay guests. Since there’s no grocery stores nearby, we brought a pizza and Keurig K-cups. We couldn’t use either as our unit did not have a stove or Keurig machine. A toaster in the unit would have been nice so we could toast bagels. Bottom line, we would stay there again as it’s a nice area.
