"This studio is very conveniently located to both Chapel Hill and Pittsboro, both of which we visited while in the area for a garden tour. I enjoyed sitting outside on the nice porch while my wife took a nap in the very comfortable bed. We were very satisfied with all aspects of this property."

"The host is easy to contact and quick to respond. The bed is very comfortable and everything works. good location to access things in RTP. I didn't like the card key access, but that's what type of building it is and there is someone at the front desk 24x7 to help with card issues."

"Spartan at best though we purposely picked a lower price unit. Cupboards bare, no food related anything except frig and microwave and empty cupboards. I was sure we had picked the Extended Care ad with 2 beds but this was the deluxe studio with only one bed. Nothing deluxe there. But the people were nice. Old spartan facility in a luxury neighborhood."

"Sunny efficiency is in a grand home in a very cute Durham neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown and West Campus. Emily was super welcoming and very responsive! We had a great stay!"

"The room is an a convenient location but not well kept. Most of the light bulbs were missing, the bathroom door doesnt shut, much less lock, ths walls are paper thin and you can hear every neighbor painfully clearly. All in all, its 4 walls and a roof. But not much else."
