They helped us manage our airline ticket which was delayed by staying on the phone with the airlines. They knew our names and were welcoming to children. "

"The gardens are amazing, the room clean & staff very attentive. I had a lovely massage whike staying there. The included breakfast was excellent. The price of the beer & wine was very expensive though. US$10 for small glass of wine. Understand this is a non drinking culture but even a wine at the fantastic Kfuhu Restaurant in the Pyramids complex was cheaper."
