The best part about this Best Western property was the manager and front desk staff.
THE ROOMS ARE FILTHY AND IN POOR CONDITION. The first room we were in had brown stains on the sheets, dirty towels, tiny hairs all over the toilet, mold in the shower, and the toilet didn’t properly flush. After making the front desk aware of the room condition, they said they couldn’t give us a refund because we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) so they moved us to another room. That room was also terrible. My husband and I didn’t want to try a 3rd room because we figured all of them were going to be filthy. We spent an hour and half cleaning the room so we could at least sleep there for the night. The shower floor was terribly stained and the water in the shower drained very slowly and puddled in the middle (we had to wear water shoes in the shower). There were stains on the headboard, the doors and the walls. The fridge had hair in it and bits of food from previous guests. I wiped down the seal of the fridge with a Clorox wipe and the wipe was black. There are too many gross things we saw in the rooms to name them all, but I did take pictures to show the front desk staff.
The manager was horrified at the condition of the rooms and contacted the property owner to issue a refund.
