不滿：整潔度和住宿狀況
Bait and switch. Suite shown is not what we got. Fridge and air conditioner ok, that was all. In Conquistador hotel there are better rooms but this is easily the worst. Don’t rent, dishonest advertising. Lock’s didn’t work properly, stove igniter either, very few dishes , all cracked plastic, windows ready to rattle out in high wind. Only 2 elevators work in a 24 floor hotel. Pool shut down. Water shut off for a day. Rationing in Cartagena. Poor wifi. Too many vendors and beggars on the beach and surrounding area. Old building poorly maintained.
