Frame so every time you would move it sounds .like someone hitting a metal dumpster The mattress were not very comfortable and the room had an order when we arrived. Had to air out the room. We will NEVER stay here again. And whe we checked out at 7;15 am. The door to the office was locked 」

「The lodge is a beautiful hidden gem! Rooms are very nice and clean. The view from the window is amazing, and you can go down and sit outside to enjoy that view of the mountains even more. There's a restaurant on-site that's pretty good, and in addition to hiking the Falls while you're there, you can do ziplining and archery as well. Great place!」

Bed cover was frayed at edges, towels were thin and we were given only 2 towels for a 2 night stay, batteries in the TV remote were not working, heater knob for bath heat lamp was broken and heat light could not be turned on. also, they had a sound machine which is intended to play soothing music. again, no batteries and not in working condition. 「My favorite part of our stay here was the helpful and caring staff. They went to great lengths to make you happy and welcome. Katie, the evening manager, went way out of her way to help us with our moving problem. She was very resourceful and kind. I always stay here when I am in the area.」

「While our overall stay was pleasant, there were a few areas that could be improved. Body lotion was not provided, and we were not informed beforehand. Towels were supplied for our three-day stay; however, two of them had noticeable stains. Also, one of the bedroom lamps was not functioning. In addition, the jacuzzi was operational, but the water temperature could not be adjusted. Aside from these issues, everything else was satisfactory, and we enjoyed our stay.」

「It's an older hotel, but very well kept and always affordable! The washer and dryer work great and only cost $2.00 per machine! Anywhere else you're paying almost $4, just to start one cycle. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.」
