Took long to get signed in, the keys I was given didn't open the door. Went back to deal, took another 5 minutes to get new key made that worked. Front desk person slow and impressionable. Cost of room over priced for old out dated looking room. Bathroom not the cleanest. Wouldn't pay the overprice to stay here again. Spend an extra $20 and go elsewhere. Breakfast wasnt much, I've had better selection elsewhere.

The room we stayed in, 122, reeked of cigarettes, even though there was a sign in it stating that there would be a $200 fine for smoking in it. The property is dated which may be the reason it was dirty; the corners of the bathroom were black with filth, the shower handle had black stains/grime around it, and the towels had stains on most of them, the ones that didn't have stains had foreign hairs or other debris on/in them.

My favorite part of our stay here was the helpful and caring staff. They went to great lengths to make you happy and welcome. Katie, the evening manager, went way out of her way to help us with our moving problem. She was very resourceful and kind. I always stay here when I am in the area.

For the most part, this was probably the best hotel in town. And was pretty decent overall, other than the elevator did not work for two of the three days I was there, and only half the time of the other day. I was on the third floor, so carrying luggage up stairs and downstairs was a bit of a difficulty. I would stay there next time I was in town if the elevator was working. The people that worked there seemed quite nice and pleasant to deal with, and the overall property was in good shape.
