“Room had a weird smell, and cleanliness was subpar, especially the bathroom and floors. Hotel needs to be majorly updated. The pool was good to have, breakfast was pretty bare.”

“The hotel needs a total makeover! The room had stains on the sheets, and what looked like cigarette burns on the edge of the tub. We were travelling through with our Grand Daughter on our way to PA and this place looked pretty good on the web site...Don't believe the pictures! We did not stay, I'd rather take the loss than have my wife and Grand Daughter sleep in that dump.”

“Old and tired. Even though, they have just updated the bathroom. But still look not that clean. Carpet looks old. Rooms look dark and gloomy.”

“I did not like the size of the room and the fact that there were no bed side lighting. Just EXTREMELY BRIGHT overhead can lights. The room had no microwave and the smallest refrigerator i have ever seen situated under a luggage rack. it was hard to reach. No drawers for clothing and I felt like with the lighting that I was in a hospital room. I will NEVER stay at a Tru again. The room felt cold and sterile. Did not like at all!!”

“I was on vacation alone and had some dirty clothes piled up, but when I checked in I was told the laundry room was not available. I spent over an hour getting my laundry done at a laundromat 20 miles away. I was very disappointed.”
