“An excellent boutique hotel perfectly located for walking to the many places to visit in Mdina and Rabat. Very close to the main bus stops and restaurants. The hotel is in a grand old building, fully and tastefully modernised inside. Our room was spacious and well appointed. And spotlessly clean. Breakfast was generous; we appreciated the range of fruits. Grace made us very welcome throughout our 3 day stay and was very helpful on practicalities like transport. We really enjoyed our stay and……

“The hotel was amazing. It felt special to stay in this city. Highly recommend it. We met Omar the owner and he told us this used to be his family home, which he took 12 years to renovate. It’s amazing ! We debated on staying in Rabat and glad we chose not too. You get a different and better experience to stay directly in this city. Walking around after dark there are not many people and the city looks enchanting. We ate two times at Fontenella Tea Garden for breakfast. Also ate at Coogie’s……

“We stayed 4 nights & found the guesthouse to be ideally located for Rabat & Mdina, public transport. We rate it excellent & the only comment would be a more varied breakfast menu otherwise we would return without doubt obviously at the right price.”

“Check in is an absolute nightmare in this hotel. They have a virtual agent who will tell you check in can't be early (it can depending on if room is ready) also told by Zoe virtual agent that no place to leave luggage while waiting for room. Another lie there is a storage space downstairs. Can be noisy event after I told them I was autistic still no help. On the plus side the property has coffee maker and free breakfast etc”

“The only good thing about this place is the view. They didn’t send the codes I needed to get into the place or for my room so had a whole of unnecessary hassle. My “superior “ room was anything but with a tiny bathroom and no superior appointments.”
