「This was my first hostel and was a great experience. The man at the front was very attentive, kind, and friendly to talk to (wish I got his name!!) I had such a great time in Santa Ana and this was such an amazing hostel to do it in. I loved the location, the people, the room, everything was amazing. I will definitely find myself back here!! 「This place is charming to look at….not great for sleeping. The arrangement here is bizarre. As a guest you have to walk through the front shop to get out which means that over night you are locked in. Not a fan of not being able to come and go. Practical things like WiFi did not work the lamp in our room did not work (we traded out the bulb) and the bathroom had not been cleaned.
