"O quarto foi disponibilizado sem coberta. Ao questionar me trouxeram um lençol. Ao questionar novamente falaram que tava sem disponibilidade. No final me forneceram um cobertor. O quarto não é como nas fotos. O edifício é cheio de manchas, assim como o quarto. O quarto disponibilizado não havia os quadros de parede, nem cama posta, nem decoração. A piscina a água não tem aquecimento. Eu pessoalmente não ficaria nele novamente, pois há opções melhores pelo valor cobrado."

"The room was immaculate when we got there! Fresh linens/towels that smelt of detergent, perfect sized mini fridge in the room to hold a few grocery items. Access to the kitchen when we needed to make a “late night” snack (it was about 8pm). The best continental breakfast of our whole vacation, included with coffee/tea/fresh juice, eggs and sausages in a tomato sauce, fresh baked bread and pastries that were soft and oh so delicious. "Amazing staff!"

"This is not a hotel, it rents rooms by the hour it is a brothel,we booked for the night through expedia. It does not have a cafe, coffee shop or restaurant, it has a 24 hr kitchen that will bring meals to your room. There is no pool and nobody speaks english. The pictures do not match the property. It is a very dangerous area of the city, where Uber drivers are hesitant to come pick you up. We only stayed the one night and have to question why Expedia lists this property."
