「Had a great stay. A little oasis in the middle of the city. The rooms were all unique and the staff was very responsive. My only concern ahead of the trip was not knowing for sure if they had baggage storage if we arrived earlier, stayed in town after check-out. But, the day before the trip the staff sent clear instructions for how to access the baggage room to store bags and it was all good. Cannot express how much of a hidden gem the hotel was. 「The location is really really good! You can find the hotel very easily right from the exit of subway or train station Porta Susa. Just 5-10 mins walk to the city center, and very close to the bus station for bus 72 which can take you directly to Juventus Stadium. This was my last night in Italy next morning I took Sadem bus to Malpensa Airport, so it was just the perfect choice for transferring. The hotel offers wifi for free but the signal was too weak we hardly got connected.」

「The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.」
