“The location is beautiful overlooking the city and the hills. The owners were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property is stunning and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast spread was very good. We walked to a local restaurant for dinner; walk was beautiful and diner was tasty. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you :)”

“We were very lucky to find this place during the exhibition period, as accommodation in the city was quite limited. The room was warm and comfortable, with a lovely balcony that made the stay even more enjoyable. Although it is a bit further from the city center, transportation was very convenient. The bus connections were easy to use and made getting around quite simple. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and we truly appreciated having such a comfortable place during a busy trip.”

“In a secure building. Found a problem with the door, but staff offered to fix ASAP. Room was spacious and loved the balcony with table and chairs. Shared bathrooms, FYI.”

“Camera abbastanza spaziosa, idem il bagno. Colazione discreta servita presso un'altra struttura facente parte dello stesso grande complesso, 4-5 minuti a piedi non di più. Non c'è personale in loco (se non la ragazza delle colazioni) tutti i passaggi check-in check-out e altre comunicazioni avvengono tramite chat. Bella e suggestiva la posizione nella più totale tranquillità delle colline bolognesi.”

“We loved our stay here! So much space, a comfortable bed, and so close to everything. The room was clean and we had breakfast coupons for a little cafe down the way. Couldn't have been happier. Would stay here again!”

“So close to sights and great food”

“The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was close to the town center and the train station was within walking distance.”

“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”

“Camere spaziose e pulite. Ottima posizione della struttura per visitare il centro della città. Colazione giusta per il prezzo pagato.”

“Very good”

“Salle de bains partagée, très désagréable. Pas de petit déjeuner.... Ce n'est donc pas un B&B.”

“Very nice experience! Great!”

“Really well cared for apartment. Excellent communication from owner. Couple of points - this is on the third floor, no lift. Some confusion over charges for use of sofa bed. Very prompt and understanding resolution from owner but if you have to pay to use the sofa bed as a twin room then probably other options might be better value for money. If you arrive after dark, the courtyard is pitch black and therefore not great. Appreciate that needs agreement of the building owners but think it……

“Room was spacious, and in a good location for walking into Bologna. Staff were friendly and the grab-and-go breakfast items were always available. We didn't eat any of the breakfast items so can't comment on the taste/quality. Bathroom could do with some work/maintenance, but we were only there for a short stay so suited us well.”

“9/10. Excellent location, clean room. Walking distance (15-20 minutes) from Bologna Centrale station. Confort of the bed was ok, A/C was excellent. There is not always staff present so check-in can be difficult is you arrive early / late. For the price I would recommend staying here.”

“The staff are very friendly and kind. The location is very close to many places to see including university of Bologna and National Art Gallery”
