“I had reserved 5 rooms and I was traveling with 5 disabled people and we were all on the 3 floor; which was great until we realized that the elevator was broken and we couldn’t get down to the first floor. “The room was very big, and comfortable, but the air conditioner was very loud, and there were only towels for one person. along with the coffee. The breakfast was lacking.
