“Tidiness”

“We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was big, but the microwave in the room did not work. The breakfast was good.”

“Great stay at Pelican Shores! The room was spacious and comfortable. Wonderful view and awesome balcony. All the staff were helpful, kind and considerate. The property is beautifully maintained and clean. The pool was a good temp, too. Breakfast was a good start on the day. We'll be back!”

“The place is great! However, we just happened to be on the second floor and the people upstairs were really loud until 1am, pounding feet when walking, dragging chairs. Other than that the property is convenient for our beach stay!”

“Decent cheap motel”

“Not a welcoming place. A staff member was racist. Definitely don’t recommend”

“It was awful. We didn’t stay. We got there, went into our room and started looking for a different place. We found one a hour later, left and didn’t look back. I felt like bugs were jump on my legs. The stair up to the rooms were not good either. It didn’t even look like the pictures shown. We felt very unsafe with our 8yr old in those conditions.”

“It is a nice property. The coffee pot was weird and the key locks were hard to work. The breakfast was great. My credit card was charged multiple times for one room but I finally ended up with one charge. Other than that it was good place to stay.”

“The location was great! However, there’s no AC nor an elevator so you’d have to lug your stuff up 3 stories (we were on the third floor). Breakfast is grab and go.”

“The sliding glass door that leads out to the jacuzzi was very difficult to open and close. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. We will return again.”

“We got the deluxe room and it was very nice. Modern and clean. Just didn’t like how there wasn’t a lot of amities like a hair dryer. We also noticed that the TV didn’t like have streaming services like Netflix or youtube so we were stuck with watching spongebob. But besides that, we enjoyed our time there.”

“There is no office and it’s basically self serve. However, it was effective without people. The communications were prompt and excellent. The electronic key on your phone needs to point to the door receiver for it to work every time. The pizza and out door surroundings were very good.”
