Só deixo uma sugestão: disponibilizem algum contato de WhatsApp oara contato, pois meu celular não fazia ligações internacionais, e tive dificuldade de contato para avisar da chegada. “Mooi hotel, ruime nette kamer, konden lekker buiten zitten voor de kamer, gezellig buiten n drankje doen bij het hotel, goede service en zeer vriendelijk personeel! Je loopt zo het gezellige centrum van het mooie Crema in waar je heel veel gezellige tentjes vind om heerlijk te lunchen, dineren of een drankje doen. Vlakbij het hotel kun je fietsen huren, en ook in en rondom Crema veel leuke en mooie bezienswaardigheden! Kortom geweldige tijd gehad hier!! Komen zeker een keer terug!”

“When we arrived in HOTEL ROMA, they did not have the room that we booked for us and gave us a room different from the photos we booked. the room is not clean and We made bedsheet and change pillow sheets by ourselves, I called to HOTEL.COM to complain and hotel.com said to me that Hotel Roma will refund us room charge.
