Welcome to our brand new, exquisite, custom built Caseville home overlooking the Pigeon River! We offer the best amenities in the beauty and wonder of Caseville! Our home is only a five minute walk from downtown & the Caseville County beach, one of the nicest in Michigan.

Our luxury home consists of 4,000 square feet including a lower level walk out. All furnishings and blinds are brand new & custom designed to distinguish our home from its competition.

On the first floor you will find a living room with a tailor-made sofa, loveseat & chair. Enjoy watching television with a Roku from our beautiful entertainment center.

The spacious kitchen and dining room allow for the convenience of dining in.

Open the doorway from the dining room to find your own private balcony area with outdoor seating & gas fire pit overlooking the bend of the Pigeon River with lots of wildlife.

Our first floor boasts an oversized master & two guest bedrooms.

The master has an extravagant king bed & offers a full luxury bathroom in addition to a large walk in closet. This room offers scenic views of the Pigeon River.

The Jack & Jill bedrooms include a queen bed with substantial storage space. Each bedroom shares a luxury full bath & shower.

First floor has a custom half bath with raised sink & quartz counter top.

There is also a first floor laundry room to use for your convenience.

Our walk out has an oversized bedroom with a king bed.

There is also another full, customized bathroom in our walk out.

For your enjoyment there is a theater room that has a 90 inch television with Roku to watch your favorite shows, movies & sporting events.

Lastly, our home offers a 400 square foot man cave that has a 10 foot custom made bar & a 90 inch television with a Roku. It’s fully heated for cozy winter nights & has a glass garage door that opens to another balcony overlooking the beautiful Pigeon River.

All materials are of the highest upgrades including artisan tile, marble, quartz & Silestone.
