“Check-in was easy, staff friendly & helpful. The room - kitchen, bed, bathroom - was very good. Cleaning could be better ( shower glass, carpet edges & side of couch). Biggest issue was the freeway noise. Even with the exhaust fan on high, sound machine & noise cancelling ear buds, engine braking & other truck noise was heard throughout the night. Some sound proofing on the windows would be beneficial.”

“The staff was excellent. However, overall property was ok to good. The rooms weren't SUPER clean and a furniture a bit worn. Counters and surface tops needed to be wiped down. Found a few small dead bugs. Had the room have been vacuumed better and wiped down they wouldn't have been there. I had the deluxe king studio and the couch had lots of stains on it. The desk chair had tears in it from wear and tear. Elevators and hallways could use a good cleaning and vacuuming. Although when I……

“No water in pool couldn’t get to the gym. Didn’t get breakfast any morning elevator smelled like weed. Floor was stained and didn’t have a microwave in one of my rooms toilet kept running they don’t clean the bathroom or rooms at all. ”

“We did not get the room we booked to start off. We booked a king room and got a double. The bed was very VERY uncomfortable. Room was clean though. Adminities were minimal. Staff was neither polite or rude.”
