“Room is very small. Very few instruments even no shampoo.”

“They false advertise online. It says in the about the property outdoor pool and pet friendly. We drove 6 hours to this hotel and there is no outdoor pool and also has a sign on the door that says no pets or smoking. The entire building smelt of smoke and weed and there was people smoking while doing laundry. Not a place I would recommend. More so seems like people are actually living there”

“Elevator was too far from the front desk and isolated; but loved our room access from the elevator.”

“When I arrived there were people camped out in the parking lot and a man who appeared drunk stumbling around. Multiple of the outside building lights were not working. It was apparent the floors had not been recently cleaned upon entering the building and the elevator had a sign on it that it was out of order. I reserved the king whirlpool suite. There were stains on the bed, the chair, the lampshades, the bathtub, and there were pieces of candy on the floor. I spoke to the front desk and she……

“Gagging amount of air freshener to try covering other odors. Swimming pool was closed for cleaning. Most of electric outlets in room did not work. No hot water in morning, even though I ran water a long time. Carpet was filthy, and gooey to walk on. TV remote and other things were sticky. Online ad said TV had Closed Captioning, but that only sometimes worked. A.C. was so noisy the vibrations shook both beds. Had to ask for washcloth and hand towel. Very dim light at sink and makeup mirror.……
