“What a lovely Chalet! This was a perfect spot for a little get away for the weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and all of the outside lounging areas. There were only two of us, so as far as the beds go I can only comment on the mater bed. Slept great and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for grilling out on the gas grill. What a great place in a convenient location. Would highly recommend! “Adorable A-frame cottage nestled on the side of a mountain, surrounded by trees and rhododendrons. The cottage is very clean and nicely outfitted from decor to amenities. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and responsive to any requests or questions. Definitely look forward to another stay in Highlands!”

“We rented this cabin for a couple of days since we couldn't travel far due to the travel ball schedule. It was perfect! Very inviting and family-friendly. Has wonderful views of the lake and is a good setting to take a walk around the property or sit on the dock.”

“Took the grandkids and pets and had a wonderful time. There were only four of us but there could have been 8 more and it still would not have been crowded. The house is plenty big, very clean and decorated nicely. The property is huge. There are two walking trails practically at the end of the driveway. The pics are accurate. It was nice and quiet. Restaurants within 10-15 minutes away. I never left the place. I just sent the grandkids to get everything we needed. Had to make them useful. All in……

“Great property to show up and relax. No fuss for getting in, no problem with checkin and the host was amazingly helpful. We rented a dock and brought our boat over so it was close. The three bedrooms offered plenty of private space. The location on Lake Keowee is perfect. You can get to all the fun locations in 15 min or less, both on the water or drive. We will be back!”

“The photos of the home were appealing but once we arrived, there were several things that stood out that were disappointing. First, there was not enough storage for clothes. I ended up keeping my clothes in my suitcase which was more like a hotel vibe. My husband had some shirts that he hung on a door knob on the second closet which had a lot of misc. items. I was unsure if master bathroom had been cleaned as there was a wash cloth in the shower and the bath rug was stained with what looked to……

“We will never forget this vacation because we witnessed a hawk being attacked by black birds and had a close up and personal experience with a bear right beside our deck. The views were amazing off both decks and the home amenities were top of the line. You need to stay here!”
