“Beautiful setting. It was hot and the room assigned to us was not cool. The A/C was not working well. The staff denied it. Two of them said it was working well implying that we were paranoid. All rooms are booked they said so I began looking on Expedia for another hotel and found it and just before I tapped the confirmation button the manager said we could change to another room. “I drive from Siena for a long way to expect the romantic trip. I choose the most beautiful pic on hotels.com. BUT it's really a nightmare to choose this hotel. I booked four star hotel but all I can stay is "only the room". I have to check in and eat breakfast in another hotel which is far away from 10 minutes walk. After eating, I have to walk back cause the HOT spots is near the hotel where I originally booked. OMG! It's really cold outside. The shower water was about 25-30 degree and the……

“Stayed at Vagabond Boutique Hotel for one week mid June with my elderly mother (73). Would like to praise the staff, from start to finish they were always helpful and welcoming even when there was sometimes a language barrier. Our room was large enough for us for the week, lovely large bathroom, the softest most comfortable bed and an amazing balcony that looked directly out on the strip (to add, the double glazing is 5* couldn't hear a peep).
