“Nice place friendly staff...”

“Wir waren im Juni 2025 im Hotel Belvedere, Samara. Für dieses Hotel vergeben wir 10 von 5 möglichen Sternen. Gebucht hatten wir einen der beiden Luxus-Bungalows, die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Super eingerichtet bis hin zu Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und einem kleinen Safe. Die Besitzer, Michaela und Manfred, haben hier ein kleines Paradies erschaffen. Sie kümmern sich sehr liebevoll um ihre Gäste und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und……

“Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Lage hat für uns gepasst, das Frühstück war lecker. Schon beim Check-in haben wir hilfreiche Informationen erhalten, was wir als sehr wertvoll empfanden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – und das sagt wohl alles. Wir können das Hotel wirklich aus Überzeugung weiterempfehlen. Ich nehme mir nur für Hotels Zeit für eine Bewertung, die es auch wirklich verdient haben.”

“We had such a great stay. The pool was pristine and great with young kids. Delicious meals and drinks and I liked being outside of Samara in some peace and quiet. Highly recommend ”

“It’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The pool is great, and there are hammocks beneath the coconut trees, perfect for unwinding. The air conditioning works well, though there’s no refrigerator in the room. Still looking forward to trying the continental breakfast, but expectations are high.”

“Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that……

“One of our best stays in Costa Rica! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just a 2-minute drive from the beautiful Playa Carrillo (which I actually preferred over Sámara). From the balcony, we had a view of the pool and could even watch soccer games on the field right across the street. The Wi-Fi worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the parking – though a bit tight – was secure, with a locked gate every night. “Great location at Samara. We had booked a room with balcony looking out to the street not realizing it’s a busy street. We got upgraded to a bigger room with pool view without any request. We appreciated that very much as e were tired that day. The ac in the room worked excellent, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Parking is across the street. We only stayed one night so did not get the a chance to try the restaurant, which looked great but can’t actually rate as we decided to……
