「The property was fantastic, its not on the water but the Mississippi is 5 blocks away. There is a small fire pit and a grill in the backyard. The backyard is a little underwhelming but it was dark and our group enjoyed the fire.We had multiple groups come through and spend the night. There were plenty of sheets and blankets to do a full bed change for each group. We had to use our own Disney sign in but there was a smart tv in the living room and every bedroom.」

「Traveled to Dubuque for a family reunion at Eagle Point Park over the weekend. We had 10 people so with the fold-out couch in the lower level, everyone had a bed. No excuse not to go to church Sunday morning - Cathedral right across the street! Had a great stay in this older townhome floor plan that has been updated and equipped with modern appliances. Very clean and would stay again. 」

「Everything worked out well and was as expected. The home is charming and has a vintage feel with a lot of character. Very clean and stocked with all the necessities. There was a musty smell when we arrived but it was probably because it was 98deg outside with 1000% humidity. It was in the ideal location for our event. Easily accessible. 「3 middle-aged ladies met in Dubuque for a Galentine's Weekend (Feb 14-16). We arrived just before the snow really started coming done. Annie's on Adair was the perfect cozy spot to hang out. We cooked, we watched movies, and we played games. The cottage was immaculate and we lacked for nothing. It's the perfect get-away for small groups. (The host was diligent in keeping the sidewalk cleared of snow... Which was much appreciated!) We thoroughly enjoyed our time.」
