Very centrally located (the farmers market is quite literally outside the door) and a perfect space for solo travel. Had some trouble connecting to the wifi, messaged Ken, and he immediately fixed the problem. 5 stars

Ken was very quick to respond to questions and was on site throughout our stay. He asked us if we needed anything and if we were comfortable during our stay. Would stay again if we return to Dubuque.

I had to reach out the morning of our stay to the host to get information for check in. On top of that our last night we discovered that parking lot was taped off with no communication to us as to why, and that was the space we paid to rent. The next morning we come to find out that they were painting the lines in that lot, but again the host had never communicated that to us.
