Fantastic location and property

We came down with 8 adults and this place was perfect for our needs. The location is great to get to the marina and casinos quickly. The place was extremely clean, comfy beds, and we loved the porches for visiting. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend staying here.

A spacious and elegant home

This home was a great choice for our group of six, ages 23 to 85. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were fitted out with everything we needed. A truly special stay in a lovingly restored historic home.

Our group of 4 really enjoyed this charming, historic home. Perfect for private and group times. Loved the porch and pergola sitting areas. Enjoyed walking the beautiful neighborhood early in the mornings. Great place to stay!

A nice place to be!

I absolutely loved the decor!!! And so did our kids, especially the bath tub. It was plenty big for our family, because we have a big family! It had everything we needed.

Unique get-away

I booked the whole house for a weekend trip for a family members wedding. Worked out well for all my family that stayed there. Its a unique stay in an interesting part of Dubuque if you enjoy older historical house definitely a place to stay.

Weekend stay

Family gathering

A perfect location to celebrate a family event. Love the historic neighborhood, and the very old house that had updated bathrooms and kitchen, the important rooms for updating! The rest of the house was roomy and comfortable, and Jeremy was the perfect host with rapid responses to any inquiry that I had made of him. Perhaps we will return one day?

Nice home, could use a deep cleaning

This house was a great size for my friend group. We loved all the space. A few things that would be nice are a deep cleaning of the home. There was spider webs all over the place. The kitchen could be a bit larger/open. We like to have meals together so a larger dining room table would be grwat.bgreat.
