Great location

Loved our stay there. Perfect location to get to the Millwork District. Also, Charlottes Coffee House is fabulous, and staying above it is great to go downstairs to get coffee, food and snacks.

Comfortable in a Great location

Extremely comfortable condo in an excellent location for walking. We enjoyed our stay and wasn’t ready to go! Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area.

Great Stay

The property is very clean and cute. Hosts are friendly and helpful and have thought of everything. Must try the cutest coffee shop on the ground floor of the building and the hot tub is a must!

Scenic Dubuque!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and cute! We came to relax and loved the private hot tub and coffee shop right in the building. We were able to easily walk to shops, restaurants and museums and never even moved the car from the parking lot once we arrived.

Great property!

This is our 2nd time staying at one of the Drake House units. We love the location, ease of parking, cleanliness and of course the balcony/hot tub! And the first floor coffee shop is an extra bonus!

Cute stay near the historic Millwork District

Cute 2-bedroom accommodation near restaurants and downtown Dubuque. Nice coffeehouse downstairs-no noise from the business and good coffee. White Street is busy, but traffic wasn’t a bother with windows closed. Would definitely stay here again.

The PERFECT weekend getaway

This unit is by far one of my favorite VRBO stays ever. It is exactly as the pictures show...so warm and welcoming and comfortable. The unit has everything you need, in addition to the bonus of the deck hot tub and gas fire place. The location is excellent and the coffee shop on the main floor was lovely. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wedding Weekend Stay

Stayed here for my wedding weekend. Saturday morning we all got ready for the wedding, great space for getting hair and makeup done. Having Charolettes right there was a bonus. Perfect space and location. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a busy weekend.

Clean and Comfortable

I stayed here with my father for a weekend of antiquing. Check-in was a breeze and the unit was super clean and well decorated. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and the hot tub at night. Love that there was Netflix, we spent one evening watching shows and relaxing on the comfortable couch. The cookies were so good and the free coffee from Charlotte’s was such a perk. Nice location, felt very safe and quiet. Great stay, would definitely return!

Second Time Staying at the Drake House

The Drake House is perfect for two couples-so much so that we came back! The two bedrooms/two baths are the perfect set up for privacy. The common space is exactly as pictured-very nice kitchen and plenty of room to play cards or watch movies. The location is great-there's a lot of really good restaurants and breweries within walking distance. I'm sure we'll be back!

Relaxing and enjoyable

Location was great. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Coffee shop in the same building was the cherry on top. The street noise is loud for light sleepers like myself (husband and mother-in-law were not bothered). However found ear plugs in a drawer and slept great the next nights!

Hot tub heaven

Great place to stay as a central hub for visiting area small towns. The hot tub is cleaned for each new occupant, which was great. The apt was so comfy we were happy to binge a couple of shows instead of heading out when the weather didn’t cooperate. You do have to travel up steep stairs, so keep that in mind when packing! Great location above coffee shop and near 7 Hills and other restaurants!
