「The location one of the best parts of this hotel. You are steps away from luxury shops and restaurants. You have access to Zero Bond and a speak easy bar (located in the basement). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the space was pretty good. 」
"The location is great, right next to Times Square. The hotel is old, and the most uncomfortable thing is the air conditioning, which is too noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. I can only turn off the air conditioning and sleep in the heat."
