"The biggest complaint we had was ice. The room was provided with an ice bucket but there is nowhere in the building to get ice. They want you to call room service for ice and then pay the fee for room service staff to deliver the ice. When you have to request ice multiple times it get very inconvenient and expensive. Our room phone had to be replaced which took two days to do because it was not operational and we had to walk to the lobby every time we needed something. The thermostat was inoperable which made conditions in the room uncomfortable at night when you want the room cooler. There was no soap available near the sink either. Other than that, the staff was very kind and helpful during our stay."

"The room had everything we needed, the staff was friendly, and the breakfasts were filling and delicious 👍 Please note that the hotel is far from the metro—we sometimes took a taxi to get to Venice. Overall, everything was great 👍"

"Buffet breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a pool and sitting area on the 8th floor while the bar was not open it was nice to sit up there and have a good view of the city. Room was clean and comfortable."
