The outdoor area is partly landscaped using “dry garden” techniques and partly left in its natural state.

Equipped with underfloor heating and cooling, it draws most of its energy from self-generated sources via photovoltaic systems and a solar thermal system.

Equipped with modern amenities, it is the perfect retreat to recharge your energy in a place far from mass tourism, yet an excellent starting point for day trips to explore the charming region of southern Tuscany.

The property encompasses more than one hectare of land, where you can find various spots for relaxation and meditation. Outdoors, the hammock and various seating areas are perfect for relaxing and observing the surroundings: you can spot fascinating birds, wild boars, and roe deer. At night, stargazing is a priceless experience

The Studio is part of a bed-and-breakfast, but it has private access and a location that ensures both maximum privacy and, when desired, the opportunity to socialize with the owners and other guests.

The style is modern and “contemporary,” featuring antique furnishings that prioritize design and comfort.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stovetop and microwave, as well as utensils and dishes.

You can eat indoors or outdoors, at the table in the shade of the cherry tree.
