“AC, spacious room, great location in the middle of the town, outstanding breakfast. The breakfast is included and is located at hotel bella vista second floor. There you have a variety of items to choose from including a batista ro make any type of coffee you want. Ask for a croissant they are delicious, flaky and buttery. “There were 4 of us staying at this property, 2 adults and 2 children and considering it was advertised as luxury, I’m pretty sure they need to check the dictionary . The room was so hot and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, we had to wet towels and lay them over us to try to make it bearable, the children went between the bed and the floor to try and cool down, we all had little to no sleep. We were told to help ourselves to what was in the fridge, there was 2 tiny cartons of juice……

Staff was very friendly in helping us with shuttle to FCO airport, recommending restaurants and helping with luggage. The room was clean, spacious with high-roof, two large windows for fresh air to come in! we will definitively choose this place to stay if we visit Rome again in the future.”

“Our cab driver dropped us off at the piazza entrance to an street market and graffiti covered buildings and I asked if this was the correct location. I was a little concerned with our choice of lodging, as the area looked more like a homeless camp. We had difficulty locating the entrance as it is not well marked on the outside but once inside, the noise of the street disappears and the quiet of the garden welcomes you. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.……
