Comfortable apartment block "Can Plana". 3 apartments in the residence. In the district of Requesens 800 m from the centre of Empuriabrava, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: beautiful garden (fenced) with lawn and plants. Barbecue. Supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 800 m, restaurant 500 m, bar 700 m, bus stop "Empuriabrava Cruïlla" 2.8 km, railway station "Figueres Renfe Adif" 16 km, sandy beach "Empuriabrava" 1 km. Sports harbour 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km, surf school 900 m, sailing school, tennis 2 km, minigolf 800 m, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane. Nearby attractions: Aeródromo y túnel del viento 2 km, Parque Acuático Roses 6 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 15 km, Casino y festival de Perelada 12 km, Ruïnas de Empúries 21 km, Cadaques y Cap de Creus 21 km.
