「Ideal room for a couples nights in the centre of town. Had everything we needed. Only downfall was the shower and cooker. Shower pressure and temperature wasn’t good. Kept going from scolding hot to freezing cold with very little pressure. The cooker control knobs did not work properly and at one point wouldn’t turn off (very dangerous) so we had to unplug from the wall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. 」

「Wonderful Experience in Morgans. Got free upgraded to a larger room. The staff are all sincere and helpful. But the location is a bit remote from the train station if you are travelling with large luggage.」

Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. 」
