「Absolutely brilliant. Check in was professionally handled over WhatsApp in perfect English. The room was extremely clean and has absolutely everything you need and more. Lots of storage space, power sockets, AC worked perfectly, shower was great and there was a proper mini fridge (not a weak hotel one) with a bottle of water that was already cold on arrival. In addition, lots of nice touches like an air freshener on top of the wardrobe, great coffee machine and a hanger to dry any clothes...

Because they do not staff an office, be sure to watch for the email or notification to let them know when you will be arriving so someone will meet you at the door to let you in the complex. It's an odd place to find and the door buzzer is only for residents of the buildings. Our room was OK. We only had one partial roll of toilet paper for the 3 of us though. 「I booked this mainly for the location as it was located right next to Napoli Centrale station. I just needed somewhere convenient to get in & out for 1 night. Room was clean and decent in size. Price was a little expensive, but I was OK with it given the above advantages.」
