“Worst experience ever. Arrived at the booking and found no key in the key-box. I contacted the Host and there was no response (i spoke to the Host 1 day before arriving) - sent to voicemail; I was stranded. I rang the apartment buzzer and found someone inside. This person told me they have took over the property from the Host and was unaware of my booking. We were 'invited' up to 'have a look' at the apartment and made to 'decide' whether or not we wanted to stay. After the commotion, the 'new'……

“First of all this is not a luxury apartment. The walls were dirty. Needs a repaint in the bathroom. Bed uncomfy and pillows flat. There is also a deposit required which is unnecessary given the state of the apartment. “I am not sure it is my bad luck or what, my check in date is the football match day, the roads are block, my car cann drive to near by area, the car park is closed, the hotel is in a mess with lots of football fans and bear.
i have to stop the car far away to walk to the cashier, and ask for check in. And it is crazy noisy and messy as 99.99% are football fans there just after a match.
The fans are NOT friendy seeing i am not wear the home football tee like them.
