Our concierge, Tashael, made our stay feel so special. She went above and beyond to assist us with questions and coordinating our reservations, transportation, and generally made us feel comfortable and taken care of . She was one of the reasons we felt like our trip was amazing!!

Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing.
