The directions from town was very misleading it was miles from town the lady host was not helpful at all .she had the cheek to ask me for 160 dollars government' tax which i refused. We stayed one night out of 5 did not get any refund at all loss $12.000 the lady had a very bad……

“We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling.”

“The room was very soacious, very clean and the views to die for. Beautiful mornings and evening views of the Caribbean Sea and the property had a hit tub and pool to boost.”

“We were unable to contact host. I message them and hotels.com several times. We did not receive the check in directions. The phone number did not work. We had to stay at another hotel. We would like a refund. ”

“The location of the vacation club is ideal and overlooks Marigot Bay with a unique little cable funicular from Doolittles restaurant at sea level up to the villas. The pool, whilst small, is very clean with a great view.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but the experience here was not ideal. Although everything was resolved by the end of the trip, I wish things could have been better. For starters we arrived on a night where there was an unusual amount of flying ants (ant flies?) which caused us to be uncomfortable at dinner and return to a room full of them! They were on the floor, walls, ceiling and even on the bed! Of course by this time reception was closed and we had to borrow a broom from the restaurant. I am……

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The views were great from the bar and patio, the rooms very average with one that reeked of cat pee. We took our losses and left. We did not stay overnight as it was just too smelly. The one beer……
