“The resort is somewhat dated. The staff ate not as welcoming after arrival. Room service, if there is any good left, takes at least 1 hr. If you do not like cats, this isn't the resort for you. We did enjoy our excursion on the Timeless 2 speed boat.”

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came.
The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”
